A 10% surcharge is applied to all services on Saturdays and public holidays.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% will be taken to secure all bookings.

Out of consideration for our clients, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. 50% of booked treatment fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is also required to cancel or reschedule an appointment made for a gift voucher. Your gift voucher will become void if less notice is given.
